Yes! The date on my NOA is 2/13 from VCS and I called them today to see what's going on. The agent said I have to wait 30 days from the date we received the NOA before calling :blink: I really pray for patience! I just said thanks you and hung up. They are so unhelpful sometimes :angry:

I have news I want to share with you guys first. Today I went to my mail box about five minutes ago and there was an approval letter dated 20 Feb from the Vermont center/centre.

Biometrics completed this morning at Cincinnati office. I was in and out half an hour before my appointment time. The USCIS staff were great. A woman was arriving as I was leaving and didn't have her appointment letter and was being turned away. Now the long wait begins.

I completed my biometric this evening in West Palm Beach Florida. Appointment was for 1 PM went in there at 12:44 PM and came out 12:54 PM. Smooth sailing. Hopefully going forward will be the same. Good luck everybody.

so after the biometrics office was closed the day of my appointment due to the snow storm. 

i tried to walk-in two days after. they had me talk to the manager. and the manager straight up told me that she wouldn't take me in and i had to wait in the mail for the re-scheduling letter.

now i have to sit and wait for a letter with a new biometrics date. wonder how long it'll take to arrive and if it'll delay my application at all :/

I completed my biometrics yesterday in Manhattan, the whole thing took about 30 minutes. Even though my notice said no cellphones are allowed they told me to turn my phone off! I left it at home because I didn't want to risk it but it seems like they allow them as long as they are powered off. After taking my fingerprints and picture they just told me: You'll be notified via mail, goodbye! Now the waiting begins... good luck everyone!

Looks like I'm the only one left. I did call yesterday and the agent give me my Receipt number and to wait for my hard copy in the mail after 5 days! (I have been waiting for 39 days!) and he gave me a wrong receipt number to I called again but I was too late the office is close. This is frustrating...

The initial I-751 receipt number cannot be used for online tracking and it just comes up as invalid. You get a different tracking number (CRI-89) on your biometrics appointment letter which can be used to track your case online.
