We sent ours priority mail to arrive in 3 days with signature and USPS just lists arrived on March 1st in St. Albans.  So I'm assuming it's normal?

K1 Visa AOS

10/21/13: I-129F Sent 07/12/14: Married

11/01/13: I-129F NOA1 (Texas Service Center) 08/20/14: (I-485, I-765, I-131) Mailed Out

02/19/14: I-129F NOA2 (110 days) 08/26/14: NOA's received (Nebraska Service Center)

03/04/14: NVC Received 09/17/14: Bio Appointment

03/07/14: NVC Left 11/14/14: EAD & AP Approved (86 days)

03/13/14: Consulate Received 11/18/14: EAD & AP approval letter received

04/09/14: Packet 4 Received 11/20/14: EAD Card Received!

04/24/14: Interview Date - APPROVED (174 days) 12/11/14: Potential Interview Letter received

05/18/15: Card Ordered To Be Produced

I have news I want to share with you guys first. Today I went to my mail box about five minutes ago and there was an approval letter dated 20 Feb from the Vermont center/centre.

Maybe they are waiting to send the GCs on St. Patricks day since they are green after all.

I did list all of my children in the app, But unchecked the box where it says: Is this child applying with you? I checked 'NO'.

 

And no, I didn't type or write in N/A for the empty boxes.

No they will just have extra photographs of you to adorn their cobweb filled desks that don't see much action.  Bless their little cotton socks! :)

Well we didnt add our grown up children, they dont even live with us any more, one lives in England. Im sure they aren't all that concerned unless the children also need to remove conditions.  They really need to revise instructions as they are not very transparent at all.  Its no wonder there are so many RFES.

From what I read it says, list all children and you mark if they are applying with you or not. Will read it again.

It isnt very transparent but we did not list our children and if we get a RFE so be it. Im so past caring.

Well best to err on the side of caution then, unlike myself. I guess time will tell if I get an RFE, but lets be honest here if I get anything within a year I shall be lucky. Sent you a  PM with a link for your perusal.

I've been doing my case myself since applying for asylum to ROC and I found this form to be the most confusing.

I dont think it is required but we signed the cover letter.  Just sign it to be safe.
