@shell20aawww don't think that way!  they just have a high volume of requests. Although I do recommend for everyone that can, to apply for your citizenship as soon as you're eligible! That way, you won't have to worry about going through  any of this process ever again  and you can reap the benefits of US citizenship! That is our plan for my husband as soon as we bet this 10 year GC in hand.

Oh trust me as soon as I get the 10 year GC in a years time,(we know it will take that) I am straight for that, although I will have been married 4 years, not the 3 they profess is how long, unless Trump changes the ball game for us all, but I doubt he will to be honest.

My AOS took a little under 3 months so I know this is going to be a much longer journey (I'm already a month in and no bio notice!). As soon as my citizenship window opens (November 5th!) I will be applying.

 

Honestly, I do think the wait times for the ROC is getting ridiculous.

Alarm bells, as soon as they are over a month for bio metrics, something isn't right.

 

Same happened to me and the person who imputted my address at the time, inputted it wrongly. I rang up asking where my bio-metrics letter was for AOS and they told me they had sent it out and that my bio appointment was due the following day, they faxed it through for me.

 

A month later I received a letter that had been returned to them, then returned to me and it was quite clear that they had made a typing error with my address!!  If I hadn't rang up, I would actually have missed my appointment. Also, you can try a walk in, so many people do that for bio-metrics on VJ.

I'm morning really concerned yet. VSC is moving slower than a snail and not all January filers there have their bio appointments yet.

@meghanbangoura no, do not list his child since she is not a conditional resident like your spouse. And yes, you list your info including your address under the interpreter portion. I completed our I-751 that way, as well as the I-485 the first time around, and did not have an issue either time. Hope this helps! Good luck! 

List all children and mark not applying from my understanding.

I noticed some of you wrote when the packages got delivered to Vermont Center USPS tracking said Signed By someone from USCIS

Mine just says Delivered and no signed by some one

You think thats normal?

Updating! USPS cashed the check this morning. Now waiting for the famous letter...Gypsysoul is your turn.

Wow really!!!  It's way worse than I thought then. I am at an info pass next week for something else. I might try to do a walk in as I am away for a month to Dublin and England.

No - I don't think that if they didn't ask for your pictures and you sent it could cause any issue.

as far as I know you only list the children needing bio metrics ie the ones who are also removing conditions

Yes I think its normal unless you pay extra for tracking and such as my husband did.
