Oh, yeah it sucks, unless they mean what they say in the link!  Think their nose might be growing bigger, might as well keep the same profile picture! :(

Yeah, might as well.

They do ask for 2 pictures?

Is that a question or a statement. As far as I am aware you don't send passport pictures of yourself when filing for ROC.  Unless someone else knows something I don't?  Derwood, Camtor, anyone?

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

Submit copies of both front and back sides of the card. Exception Those who reside overseas pursuant to military or government orders, including conditional resident dependents residing overseas and listed under Part 5. Information About Your Children of the petition, must sus with Form I-751: 1. Two passport-style photos for each petitioner and dependent, regardless of age. The passport photos must be color photographs. The photos must have a white to off-white background, be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish, and be unmounted and unretouched. We'll be sending ours this month, but I'm wondering about what people think about a few things regarding the form itself.

1.  My husband has a child in his country, but I am not the mother.  We do not plan to bring her to the US.  Should we still list her in Part 5?

2.   What is the reason for asking for the interpreter’s address in part 9?

3. I have been helping my husband with the form.  Even though I am his wife, should I still list myself as a preparer in part 10?

I called and asked USCIS these questions, but they said they could not advise me!

@Govna no passport picture is required. I imagine that they will use the same picture on your initial GC, or perhaps they will take a new pic during your biometrics apt.

Biometrics completed today.  New fingerprints and a new picture taken.

No, you don't only if you are in the military or anything above that I copied for you. So if you are just an average Joe, as I, then you do NOT need to send photographs. You will have them done at bio-metrics..

@meghanbangoura no, do not list his child since she is not a conditional resident like your spouse. And yes, you list your info including your address under the interpreter portion. I completed our I-751 that way, as well as the I-485 the first time around, and did not have an issue either time. Hope this helps! Good luck!

To all my fellow ROC's, isn't it weird you put in for AOS and you're sat there every day waiting for your GC with excited anticipation after the K1 or IR, but once you get to ROC, you think ok, here we go again and the excitement, the waiting, the anticipation is just not as much there any more.  Reason, because you knew how long it took for AOS, you realise that you are not an American, you know they will still take their merry time, as your still classed just an alien! Sad, but true!
