I have news I want to share with you guys first. Today I went to my mail box about five minutes ago and there was an approval letter dated 20 Feb from the Vermont center/centre.

So guys,

 

Finally we are pretty ready to file and there are, as suspected, some last minute questions:

 

1.We used normal staples to bind some of the categories of proof together. Is that acceptable ?I should say that our package is only a few inches thick, not as heavy as some others.

 

2.What way of shipping do you guys use ?

 

3. The address for the service center seems so...Simple...I did not see any specific directions for c/o, attention or such....Is that correct ?

 

So excited to finally get done. :-)

What's the latest version of the list? I've updated it a few times but the quoted version keeps changing and leaving it off. 

 

Anyway, NOA has been received for me and biometrics letter was sent over the weekend. I get to go in next week (my appointment was pretty much a week from receiving the letter. If I have time this week, I'll try and do an early walk-in.

Aug 27 - Request for Expedite on EAD (Job Offer)

Sept 12 - EAD approved and in production

Sept 12 - AP is approved but USCIS status is in 'Post Decision Activity'

Sept 18 - EAD marked as mailed

April 09 - Interview - Delayed due to sealed package from civil surgeon not at local office

May 07 - GC in production

May 18 - GC in hand!!!

Friends, finally I finished my package and delivered to VSC on 2/23. Waiting for confirmation.

Who can add me to the list. I will update you as soon as I get a letter from USCIS. Good Luck everybody .
