Actually seems its under review, re reading it.  So I guess it means they are going to look at it and send you either an approval or rfe or interview. Guess you will be a mail chaser for the next week or so! :(

Well we shall find out before March 28th and it will answer the age old question for us, have these cases been transferred in mass or is it a glitch!  I know I believe they have been transferred, but I know there are people who disagree with that sentiment and thats ok as everyone is entitled to their own theory/opinion with regard to the "glitch".

I inquired for you on the Feb roc forum and received one reply up to now. The person said that the same question was raised in the Jan N400 thread and it transpires they wont schedule an interview until you become eligible. Just waiting to see if there are any more responses, as I need to know this too.

Thank you, Shell. I will keep update if I get anything. on my dhs account, it said the doc should be shown up in a few day, I think if I don't see the online letter by this Fri, I probably have to wait longer.

Well that tallies with what is said on the link Jeanne so kindly pasted for us. It says they tend to send an interview notice a month before the date of your 3rd anniversary. So I also assume your interview is it shortly after April 9th.ROC/N400 (sorry not sure if you have received your approval yet). Good luck and keep us all in the loop! :)

It seems it is not maintained in all circumstances Im afraid. Just checked my case status and says case received, but also fees waived, that didn't show up on the other. I am actually beginning to wonder if my approval letter is legit!! LMAO

My understanding is that when you filed your I-751, you paid the filing fee for that. USCIS created CRI-89. "fee waived" is for this CRI-89

a month before anniversary, but a date after the 3rd year anniversary. So I guess Derwood, will not get his ROC/N400 combined interview until May, unless they do a separate interview for ROC.
