Thanks! Whilst I would have preferred to skip the I-751 interview, I'm very glad that my case should be out of that CSC dungeon by now!

I bet. On the flip side, your decision to apply for the N-400 will almost nullify the I751 as majority of your interview will waver around the naturalization which takes precedence. Still awesome. I'd be happy to receive that notice you have today! LOL :D as majority of us applicants on here.

Here is my I 751 status after the bio app:

March 4, 2018: "Case was received at my local office"

I applied for N400 in Jan 18 and received text notice yesterday that the N400 interview was scheduled. Not known the interview date yet until I have the letter. I am just curious if it might be approved with N400? Hope my interview date is after my GC 3 yr anniversary, otherwise I might have a problem about the approval.

Grab a glass of wine and indulge and get yourself prepared because that is the interview coming up for both your GC and your Naturalization. Congratulations!!!

Lol, looking at your posts, you've certainly been doing *some* sort of dust. I was thinking more angel, than fairy, but interested to hear details? Sounds fun as sh*t.

Not sure why I am fairy of VJshire. I think its because one lonely day I reached out to my people who were also lonely, stuck in the black hole of USCIS. I reached out and showed them where the light was and told them that the black tunnel doesn't last forever and there is a new day in the land of VJshire.

HAPPY UPDATE!

We received our approval notice in the mail yesterday!!!! YAAAAYYYYYY.  :D

So after the weird "we corrected your name" and "we corrected your birthdate" case history updates, the next one we got was "We approved your case" - that was posted March 9 and we received the letter in the mail March 12.  No interview.

If people want to track their case online, register for this site: https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/I think this one is actually being maintained and updated in real-time, as opposed to the uscis.gov website, which still just says "Your case was transferred to your local office" when I checked.

Now to wait for the actual green card to come in the mail...

Good luck to all those who are still waiting on approval. I think they should start coming in very soon!

Still no approval for me :(

But thanks to this forum I was made aware of the OTHER uscis website (https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/) and checked my status there and saw more information than usual. Instead of the "Your case was received at a local office" message that many people have gotten, I saw the below.

Anyone else have a similar case history?  What does it mean that my birthdate and name were corrected?

And lastly, thanks everyone for taking the time to update us all about your findings and your case statuses! This forum has really helped me in many ways - from spreading information and just general support - as we all go through this excruciatingly slow process.

It seems it is not maintained in all circumstances Im afraid. Just checked my case status and says case received, but also fees waived, that didn't show up on the other. I am actually beginning to wonder if my approval letter is legit!! LMAO

I inquired for you on the Feb roc forum and received one reply up to now. The person said that the same question was raised in the Jan N400 thread and it transpires they wont schedule an interview until you become eligible. Just waiting to see if there are any more responses, as I need to know this too.

Good afternoon all in VJshire,

Well today is a few days away from St Patricks Day, the leprechauns are all excited and busy preparing green dust to spread over all for their forthcoming GC's.   The North and South USCIS are busy trying to stop this but the leprechauns carry on making that green dust regardless to send to all VJshires people.

We are day closer to processing times, I am not sure if they been updated, I havent checked today, but it should be interesting to see.  I think they should have processing dates for producing the elusive GC, no update on my case since the 20th February.  I am not highly stressed about it though, it will get here when it arrives.

A little story for you all which might make you smile.   So with all that has going on in my life lately and taking a trip out to Rochester for my step sons 21st this Sunday, I didn't stop to think about what date it was. Yesterday for some reason I thought Mothers Day. Its normally around the 19th or 20 ish date of March in England.  So I googled it, lo and behold it was on Sunday, but wait, no card, no email, no nothing from my son in England.  So I sent a message,  It was Mothers Day yesterday?  My sons response American Mothers Day?  Got to love his response!  He does this every year and every year I say no I want you to wish me a Happy Mothers Day when its Mothers Day in England, as you can't buy a card there in May.  Ah well, we shall see what happens in May, might make my trip around Mothers Day and see if he remembers! :)
