After the excitement of 10 texts and an email yesterday, nothing further on my case. Both websites are saying that my case is transferred to a new office who now has jurisdiction. The automated phone line is still saying that my case has been transferred from CSC to CSC.

Yes but i had to go to the main office for the stamp. I requested an OK to go to the main office from the SUPPORTING SC Supervisor( the one that i was getting my BIO done). Because i could not get any appt on the website. ( tried it for like month a halfish)

He emailed his Boss or whoever in charge at the main Minneapolis USCIS and wrote a note on my Receipt saying i could get my stamp.

I went to the main office after lunch hour and showed my note to the Security officers ( Ohhh the entrance of the OFFICE looked like a airport SECURITY, was very intimidating at first) but the officers were nice n PHONED someone inside the office to CONFIRM my "OKAY to go in NOTE" n there i went.

After waiting for my numbers to be called in (abt 25 mins) went to this almost BANK BOOT-like BOOT n explained my situation. The guy behind the window was super nice as well n got me my I 551 stamp in return of my EXPIRING GC n took my pic with this small camera. That was it . :D

- i 751 The other office has jurisdiction

- n 400 The USCIS is actively reviewing my case

No,  we the FEB filers should have gotten the final decision by right about NOW-ish.

I think it also depends on the Office.  VSC is processing cards left n right and CSC seems to be taking their sweet time. But ANYTIME soon now pal. :P

Well, if they transferred our cases to our local offices, the CSC processing time is now irrelevant, as far as I understand. Each local office should have its own processing

But there are still thousands of people in front of us... and no one from CSC was approved yet from my understanding. I don’t want to be negative and I truly hope that you are right and at the same time I  keep checking VJ forum and Uscis app and web site about 10 times a day)))) but here’s another good thing: Uscis website sends you one time password every time you are trying to log in to your account. I’m TRAINING MY MEMORY trying to remember those digits after one glance))) hope my memory capacity will significantly increase after this much excersising )))

Yeah, and it's kinda unfair on us because you don't leave your whole family or end ties with them because of one idiot family member. Having said that full respect and love for Shell and all of you guys who are very cool and supportive of each other. I feel lucky to be with you guys. Lets petition for Shell lollzzz

Don't open old wound again, please. Let's move on with the love this forum has generated among us, even though we are scattered all over the country and we may never meet in person. We all want @Shell10 to return back to her family and folks here. So, please and please, no more blame game. Much love to everyone.
