It showed "We waived your filing fee" for me as well when I used the receipt number from the biometrics letter.  This receipt number comes up as form CR-89.  But like you this was incorrect. They definitely did NOT waive my filing fee because it's noticeable when that much money leaves your account! LOL.

Did you try using your other receipt number, the one from the NOA?  This should come up as the I-751 application.

I know right? lol They take the money out of your account almost as soon as they receive the forms. Also it shows that I submitted form CR-89 in May, which is also incorrect.

And yes, I added the other number as well and it shows three dates "we received your form on Feb 25..." then "we received your form on Feb 26..." and "we received your form on April 16...2017..."

Still no approval for me :(

But thanks to this forum I was made aware of the OTHER uscis website (https://myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov/) and checked my status there and saw more information than usual. Instead of the "Your case was received at a local office" message that many people have gotten, I saw the below.

Anyone else have a similar case history?  What does it mean that my birthdate and name were corrected?

And lastly, thanks everyone for taking the time to update us all about your findings and your case statuses! This forum has really helped me in many ways - from spreading information and just general support - as we all go through this excruciatingly slow process.

Wow, this gets even crazier.

I haven't saw a status with a birthday was corrected yet, but I did saw a few people reporting a "name was corrected" which is a total nonsense as nobody ever changed this information. (Just like nobody waived a fee, this is info for a poster above me)

another proof their online system is out of control and as I was adviced a year ago by IO when figuring out waiver glitch, "do not pay attention to tracker, it's often wrong, pay attention to your mailbox" - I guess I'll just follow the advice.

Lets see what they say in my coming up infopass about location of my file. Hope that would be more specific info rather than glitch tracker system.

I'm sorry to hear that Shell left the forum. I hope you come back sometime soon because you bring good energy. I think the person who was causing trouble has been banned from the forum so it'll should be fine.

Let's cheer each other up because we'll receive our approvals very soon!

Hi, everyone

It looks like Feb 2017 is the hottest topic on VJ I-751 part. Well , by the way , after the card is being produced, how long will be mailed out? Thanks!

Two and a half words, Shell🍷&the rest of the members.

LOL. I think this makes you the sane one. Trying to keep up with all the changes/updates makes my head spin.

I'm going to follow your example and not check...at least for a week. Hopefully by then I'd have already gotten an approval notice in the mail. One can dream... lol

Oh lol😂 yeah! I want you to get that bad boy of a card asap like maybe today, wouldnt be too bad😙.

So Guys,

I just came from USCIS Tampa office today and have my passport stamped for another 1 year extension beginning today's date.

Question;? -  to those who had their passport stamped for a 1 year extension, did the officer take your expired conditional green card?  I asked for it and he explained that we dont need it no more and it has to be shredded.  I also asked him about the message updates that we got in the website saying that cases were transferred,  and He told me that on his end there were no transfers as of today and that CSC is still processing these cases. FYI  .

Any comments guys???

I've had the exact same experience. He took my green card and told me my case is still at CSC.  Don't worry, who needs that expired card anyway when you're gonna get your shiny new 10 year card soon right.

Also just out of curiosity, how many of us here have applied for N400 or going to apply very soon? Thank you. We are planning on April 1st week God allowing.

Well, I’m in the process of filling out the N-400 form. I think it’s better to file it as soon as possible because CSC is a mess and we have no idea when we will get any news on our cases since they are still working on Sept-Oct 2016... I’m sure we have to wait for October, November, December 2016 and January 2017 to be approved first before they move on to our cases. Even if we wait for second GC first we still have to apply for citizenship after that. So at this point it doesn’t matter when you do it-may be you’ll get lucky and get an interview in couple months (like some people who filed N400 with i751 pending). If I was VSC I wouldn’t worry that much. I would just wait for my approval or probably would be already approved. But unfortunately I’m CSC... regardless if I submit N400 or not - I have to wait for quite some time.

Oh yeah, no second thoughts on applying for us. I was reading on maybe Feb 2018 N400 post that some folks have their expected date of approval around April or May 2020. 🐢Yeah we figured might as well take that chance of a combined interview God allowing!

Did you read about the no walk ins temporarily from March 19th? So glad to hear that bio went fast for you. Everytime I hear progress, makes me teeny hopeful more. You guys applied online correct? Thank you.🍁

Santos12 and Teamsomour I am a Feb Filer at VSC too and have not received a notice/approval/case update either.

I applied for the I-751 removal of conditions on the temp green card.

Exact date of filing was Feb 23 2017.

You mean to say not even NOA yet? You applied 2017 or 2016? Thank you.
