THIS TIME THEY DEF SENT MY CASE SOMEWHERE. THEY SAID THEY WILL MAIL ME THE LOCATION OF THE NEW OFFICE. HAHA

I looked back at the statement on your case, I don't see where they said they would mail you the new location?  All I can see is that its been moved to a new office?

November 2017. I disagree with you, if its a new policy then they already have the solution to this situation, my local office is chicago and they are so busy, they are running 11months on n400. Yet my notice arrived to my lawyer yesterday and my interview is in 2weeks, and based on good evidence i shouldnt be called for interview and thats why i asked my lawyer about why he thought i was sheduled for interview, this mass transfer could be to clear the backlog at cervice centres but it could also mean mass interviews

2017 filer.  I have seen this happen before, well last year someone filed in November, had an interview notice in Jan/Feb, interview in March and was approved. I had the feeling in this case they simply did not send enough material.

I see, thanks for the insight Shell. I have never loved on our mailbox as now. I check it like crazy because I am dreaming that my card will just come through with a note saying" Sorry gurl for all the trouble. Here is your shiny new card. Attached is a coupon for starbucks coffee to make up for all the hassle. Love always~

I think the interview only applies to people seeking employment or asylum based green cards. I think I-751 will stay the way it is.

You are allowed not to agree with me, thats what the forum is about. I unfortunately don't listen to everything lawyers say, I had one for my K1 and it was pretty much they would say one thing, I would look at VJ and get a completely different answer and guess who was right?!? Since then not used a lawyer.   If they transfer thousands of outstanding cases to field offices all with interviews then they just would double the back log, it doesn't make for common sense.  I guess we will hopefully find out in the next couple of weeks what is really going on and if there are mass interviews or not.

It wouldn't surprise me if I get an interview (not that I want one), since the only interview I had was at Rio to get my visa...so they might be curious about our relationship if they have the transcript of my interview, lol.

I thought that, as the only interview I had was in London, but no, no interview, no RFE's up to now. Sure they will stop that run of luck when it comes to the N400, but I shall deal with it as and when. :)

I agree it was actually mentioned in regards to AOS. The only time I have seen interviews for ROC are when they have been adjusted from divorce waivers. F1 or such visas and when there is not enough evidence. Not all F1 or divorce waivers have been interviewed though, but it seems to be the majority of interviews have these certain ingredients.

I've heard of some people having their AOS interview waived because they submitted substantial evidence. It's not uncommon I believe.

As to the N-400, I've never heard of anyone being interviewed with their spouse.

They might want to do that, however they simply don't have the manpower to handle it and that's obvious from the 18 month or so wait at CSC.

It also says it's only a requirement for employment, asylum, and refugee applicants. It goes onto say family categories aren't effected by it.

Yeah, @Derwood , I  and many others received a potential waiver of interview letter, we had many months on here discussing it and shared many good memories too.
