Right now we have no idea whatsoever, some think a glitch, others think a transfer.   Some officers have said a transfer when asked others have said not. So the jury is out right now, I guess only time will tell.

Thanks for the honest answer ma'am.  Well, at least I guess I feel much better rather than hearing nothing from them right?

Let's cross our fingers and pray for this guys.   If anyone has an update please post it ASAP to at least help us with this growing anxiety ;)

So Guys I thought it might be my card, but I now think it may be my NOA1 for N400.  I mean really thinking it may be my card when they only approved it, without updating their systems 2 weeks ago is a bit hopeful, to say the least.   There is no R U S H in USCIS!!

Ah well it shall arrive in its own merry sweet time and I can't moan as I have been approved  and most of you are still waiting patiently.  Good luck everyone! :)

Everyone has been sharing which is so kind, most dates are entirely different.  There is no algorithm to these updates.  That's why I don't think its a virus/bug, if it is well spluttering out all these different dates, it must have been a virus invented by Einstein.

Case Was Received At My Local Office

On February 26, 2018, we received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number WACXXXXXXXXX, at your local office. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

____________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Hey guys,  finally I feel I'm on the same boat as everyone now.  Is this a good thing or bad?  '(

So, What does this really mean guys?  Please?

I saw this at USCIS website .  Thank to EMMA the helpful robot ..  ;(

This is all they can say as of this time ....... I mean transfers to their service centers here.   but this time they transfer these cases to "Local Offices"....  Hoping for the best and wish they expedite our cases.

__________________________________________________________________________________________

Workload Transfer Updates

On occasion, we transfer cases between our five service centers in order to balance our workload and promote timely processing. This page provides up to date information on any workload transfers that we make. You can also subscribe to the Alerts GovDelivery distribution list to receive an email each time cases are transferred. Unless we note otherwise, below is the general information for a workload transfer.

How You Will Be Affected If We Transfer Your Case

If we transfer your case, we will send you a transfer notice. Your receipt number will not change, and the transfer will not delay the processing of your case.

Hi everyone,

I'm also a February filer for I-751! My GC expires May 5th, so I sent my packet a couple of weeks ago and it was received on February 23rd at the Vermont center.

I could not read all the 138 pages of this thread, but we are now March 5th and I did not receive any updated at all (my case was not updated), and they did not even cash the check. Is that something I should worry about?

Thanks all for your responses, and sorry if that was asked before! I'll check in more often from now on ;) .

So are you saying you are a new filer?  This is Feb 2017 filers.   Didn't cash your check yet, they normally are quite efficient about that, but I guess they didn't send your documents back for early filing or such.  Are you signed up for Informed delivery, so you don't miss correspondence for them and can see any before it gets to you? Did you send your documents recorded delivery or have a tracking number on your package?  Perhaps you should ring them up, in case your package hasnt arrived yet.  Also, if you go to Feb filers 2018 they might give you more of an idea of how long they are taking to cash checks/cheques. Good luck.

But you were not transferred, right?

Who me? I wasn't and the person who filed, new filer wasn't transferred, they haven't had an update of their package being received, let alone a NOA1 notice or bio metrics. I saw March 5th and assumed they were talking about a case transfer. So no worries.

Ok thanks for updating us.  Hopefully there will be news this week and things will start moving. I mean 18 months for CSC its a joke!   They need to do something as the backlog will just start increasing if they dont deal with it and what can they do? Thats right, transfer files to field offices!! :)

The thing is that we don't know the reason for this delay. Is it because of DACA? Is it because of the new administration in the White House? Did they cut funds for USCIS? What is going on? Cases used to be processed in less than 6 months.

I had a legit nightmare last night about this whole process.  I dreamt that we got an RFE notice, but we didn't get it in time to respond/provide evidence. I woke up so anxious and sweating!!

I reluctantly checked our case today and using the biometrics receipt number I saw that our case was received at my local office as of March 5th. However, when I checked last week, it said the same status but as of Feb 28th. So the date was changed from Feb 28 to March 5.  VSC filer, no N400 submitted.

I just wish USCIS would explain what is really happening!
