Im here, just been commenting on a March post!  Hi everyone well another day and another day closer to approval.   This weekend apparently USCIS are having an outage. I don't know if this is going to change the status of the transfers or they are going to make a statement regarding it.   I still am erring on the side of optimism.    I just want to hear about more approvals this forthcoming week, especially from CSC!  It's time USCIS to get this show on the road!  Talking about on the road, sorry Guys wont be here next weekend to give you any encouragement as travelling to see family next Saturday morning, hopefully by that time, most of you will have received approvals any way!!  Good luck and may you open your mail boxes with some good news! :)

Hi there, you have a family here in VJ. You are good at balancing all relationships :) Regards.

Yeah, that's right Shell. VJ is a community full of wonderful people like you. It is appalling to see CSC is stuck in September-2016 until this point. I can't wait to file for naturalization in less than 3 weeks. Hope you get your GC by Monday, regards.

AGREED!!

Someone on here mention a mass Congressional Inquiry and I have too admit I believe there most certainly should be one!  Their business model although they now no longer like to be referred to as one is just not working and quite frankly I am fed up of all their so called computer glitches, like fees are waived and such. I am fed up of the long, long waits. Had it with AOS, continued ROC and I am expecting it with the N400.  The only thing that went quickly for me was the K1, but others were stuck in long queues of nearly a year at the time, if memory serves me correct.

ROC though has gone from 6 months to 16 or more months for CSC with absolutely no apology, no explanation, no Interview waiver letters. Zero communication and it carries on, they don't even up date the case statuses, the processing times updates, for a few months, were right at the end of the month, instead of the middle as they state. I honestly can't say what they are delivering in a timely manner, I am sure they are, but what it is I am clueless.

You never know we may find out more once they update their systems again on Sunday.  Who knows, we probably have more chances of picking the numbers for the jackpot on the lottery. Note to myself, go out and buy a lottery ticket!!  Lol.   Ah well, it's the start of a fresh week soon and hopefully there will be a historic number of approvals! :)

We missed you Shell! Although, I think it is smart to take a break from this #######! Lol

Hi there!

Both? None? Who knows!

Now, jokes aside...back in the day, only the one for the biometrics worked. Now, they both do (though not for everyone), so let's wait for today's outage and see what happens and then we might have a more accurate answer. Or not, lol! :pop:

Sorry there is just no definitive answer of yet.  We are all a bit clueless.  Some immigration officers have advised there has been a transfer, others have said no, so even they don't know. However, we are waiting for the outage that was meant to happen today. Not sure if they meant 6am this morning on 6am Monday morning.  As soon as we find an answer we will be able to advise you a bit better.  For now we wait with baited breath.  I am one of those people by the way who's case was NOT transferred, however a few days before I had received an approval notice in the mail, so that may be why not, or they just don't like me! :)

Good afternoon all, so there was meant to be an outage today?  Sunday starting at 6am, the site is still up, so do they actually mean early Monday morning. Thanks USCIS, you confuse me even more.  Another fresh start to the week though and who knows what wondrous things may happen this week. I hope that everyone gets a definitive answer to the computer "glitch" though. I think if its a so called "glitch", its a HUGE, cruel one and its brutal to the poor people waiting to hear from CSC. I am praying this is not a glitch and that you all see light at the end of this very, very long tunnel.

Remember Guys, you are a day, a week and a month closer to your approvals and around 10 days away from processing times being updated.

Good luck all and may you receive some uplifting news in the mail or online this week! :)
