I think it's a glitch. Although they did the maintenance last night and didn't reverse the status messages across their database of applications, it would appear that they're separately sending out emails to notify people that no action has been taken on our cases since NOA1. Here is the email I received 30 minutes ago.

 

We are still reviewing your case and there are no updates at this time

We will notify you when your case status changes. We last took action on your case on April 28, 2017.

Congrats to everyone.... checked my case and no change yet. Wondering if USCIS overlooked my case. I called them but they said they’re working on January 27 as of February 15th.

They are reviewing your case, thats what they say when you apply for N400 online.  Im not sure if N400 online goes straight to the local office, I am sure it does. Reviewing surely means looking right? Honestly this is one HUGE mess, that they seem to extend in a further one. its like a riddle, shrouded in mystery, inside an enigma, a bit like me then! Lol  I guess we need to see what delightful emails they have sent to others. My case status since mid night did not change. I still have case was received and the other number still doesn't work.

The fact that there are some people whose "other number" is still not working, gives me hope that perhaps it is not a glitch. I am a January 2017 CSC flier, so I have a while to go either way

We can but hope, surely though if they did maintenance last night the first thing they would take down if its a glitch would be case transferred?  I am sure they are getting fed up with phone calls inquiring about this "glitch".  Fact is they did not and the "glitch" doesn't explain for one JeanneSs approval from the field office the day after this so called "glitch" and subsequent approval letter and tracking number for the GC.

I checked the VSC processing time. They finished 23 Jan 17 filers since Dec 17. All Feb filers should be approved  now. I then tried to send case inquiry for over processing time reason but  the website did not allow me  to do so and said that  my case is still in the processing time.  That's weird!

Mine has no change either. I guess we just wait until the processing time changes and call USCIS

Yes, I will wait a bit more. I saw pp with case number next to me still have the same status. One of them got the approval since 2/12.

Because processing times are only stated as up to the 23 Jan 17 and youre a Feb filer, even though we know this was 2 months ago, they will still only allow people who filed before 23 Jan at VSC to put in a service request.

Apparently another outage on Sunday.  Joy!

Same here its brutal today nearly just got swept of my feet. They should up date mid march, so look then. However I am sure you will hear before then if you are VSC.

Just because it says no action doesn't mean it hasn't been transferred. To me action means reviewing or adjudicating your case. Transfer means moving the case not taking action on the case. So i believe the local office status' are still legitimate.

Hello,

i don’t know if those 2 things go together or not. 

Sice my case was received at the local office. My wait time for N400 goes from 11 months to 8 months
