Well unfortunately right now we are getting conflicting reports, some have been told yes cases have been transferred, others have been told its updates to the system. If its updates to the system then how come my case hasnt been transferred, as there is no update for my approval, simply says case has been received.  I want to stay on the side of optimism and if this is a glitch, which I doubt it, then the USCIS need to sack their computer programmers. My son is one and he would never make such a HUGE mistake.

This is what I see on my receipt numbers, one of the receipt numbers was dead for over a year and wold give me an error when I would check it on the USCIS website "Check your case Status" and now it says " Case Was Received At My Local Office"

I also applied for naturalization Feb 6 and I have the biometrics tomorrow. Not sure if maybe that's why I now see "Case Was Received Case Was Received at My Local Office"

Well we know the first one it a glitch.  We are hoping the 2nd is not, not everyone has the 2nd one. So it doesnt say transferred it says received.  So if I am correct everyone got a transfer notice and then it changed to received?  Oh I am super confused now.

I only got received at local office like that.

Right, as wasnt there an update on the 25th and then a different one on the 26th. Everyone seemed to say that my case was transferred, not my case was received, so I was wondering if it said one day case transferred and the next case received. Honestly, this is a circus act, the USCIS either need to sack their computer programmers, sort out a virus or make a statement of transfers. I feel they are adding insult to injury when people have waited for such a long time. I am stomping my feet now like a little girl having a tantrum. Lol

I was having a cup of tea, I think I will transfer to coffee, I need a stronger fix to get my head around this, even though my case was not transferred and there is still no update about my GC going into production, being mailed or even to say my case was approved!

There's an app you can download called uscis case tracker that shows you what status the cases around yours are in. Most of them are case received at local office and only a small few are still coming up with validation error.

Mine is a validation error, although I know I am approved and although my case status still says case received.

I downloaded that app few months ago to monitor developments. I'm surprised this morning that most of other cases (I-129, I-539) have been approved except few up to the number before mine.

I also downloaded it, however I would take it with a grain of salt, as my case has been approved, but not updated to reflect that approval.

Your case was probably never transferred because they knew you were coming up for approval so just approved it at VSC. That would explain why you still get the validation error.

Well my husband just told me my approval letter was in the mail today and it came from local office. Also it was approved on 02/26. I’m very sure cases are really being transferred not a glitch because mine was transferred on 02/24.

Cool and a HUGE congratulations. Mine was less than a week ago before the transfers and that came from Vermont, so I think we have our answer.
