Oh ok then I guess cases being transferred are not a glitch.

I very much doubt its a glitch, several tier 2 have said its to sort out the back log. If your approval came from Vermont, like mine, you would get zero update on your status and they would take their merry time. Its been normal to receive a letter and wait around 20 days to hear anything, then receive your GC before they even update their systems. Yours has been approved, gone to production, then mailing in a couple of days.  Only field offices could be that efficient.

Removal of Conditions..  TICK TOCK, TICK TOCK

Time to reset the tick tock clock again.   Roll my eyes.

I agree with field offices being more efficient. AOS's are done via field offices. I remember when I did my AOS. I received my GC in the mail just about one week after the interview. So they're actually faster (-ish)

Better than 2 months quotes on the letter:blink:

Yep they say that to cover their own backs, hence the processing times 2 months behind too!  And so we wait, tick tock. :(

Yes another day and I feel exhausted today for some reason.   Probably all this excitement. Looking forward to seeing what is happening with all the approvals and where JeanneSs approval letter comes from. I have no mail today other than the normal credit card preapproval letter. No update on my Uscis account. Probably be a few more weeks and I am not prepared to delay for another few more weeks with my N400, just because they can;t press a button for production.  Any way good luck to everyone, I am rooting for your approvals, especially the people stuck in the CSC pit of nowhere in particularness. Not sure that is a word, but it is now!  :)

Also when they transfer your case they are meant to mail you out a notice as well. I guess thats how we will find out if the local office statuses are legit or not.

Same happened with my son in law only to find out that his case is still in csc. The other is a glitch as to what they said and he needs to get his passport stamped at the office.. For his extention yeah i am wanting to beat a bush with a broom right now...

well I am confused as some officers have told some filers that the cases have been transferred, so I wouldnt take one persons word for it.  We have to wait to find out where the recent approvals came from. Mine was from Vermont, but I wasnt transferred.  Now either someone is lying or someone is oblivious to a transfer but I guess this next week or so is going to tell us what is really going on.
