I'm at the MSP office and also had my case transferred, supposedly. The info about the office moving is from last year when they moved from Bloomington to downtown Minneapolis. The info pass slots open up after midnight and had tons available last week when I was looking every day.

Seriously? WOW, pretty good at keeping their site updated *sarcastic face* That's good to know though - thanks for sharing that! Does give me hope again!

Oh nice, I'll have to check round then. Thx for that!

I wonder how fast they will process our cases... my extension letter expires today but is that extending the expiry of my card for 12 months or should I go ahead with the stamp in passport process because my letter has expired?

I think @corvusheart  is at MSP and has had their file transferred. I am guessing they wont take long with ROC though, else it kind of cancels out the backlogs.

Yeah true! SOON, SOON, fingies crossed!

Thanks for your posts Shell - Just been going back through this thread and its making me grin tons to read your stuff!! Thanks for keeping positive!

How do you know that your case has been transfered? I'm Feb 17 filer too and  it turned 1 year on last Feb 23rd. My case status is still the same. "On February 23, 2017, we received your Form CRI-89", :( no any update

Same with mine and its been approved, so I suspect its getting or has been adjudicated and you will hear in the next few days.

Thank you. I did it. Still "case was received"

I just checked with the receipt number and it says case was received at my local office 02/26/18.  But I was at local office today, and they did not mention anything about it. I wish I had checked it before leaving this morning.

Has anybody else's case been transferred to the MSP field office? I just read something that said they are the slowest field office in the country!!:crying: I am a Feb 2017 filer and my case was transferred yesterday (26th). I haven't been able to get an INfoPass appt yet - near impossible - it also says when trying to make an appt that they are moving their office in April so will be closed from April 19-25... AAArrrgghhhh!!!

Yes we're at MSP. Yes ours has been transferred. Yes it is the slowest office because we have more immigrants than any other state. However I think the ROCs won't take long since they got transferred to there from California for the reason of being backlogged.

The letter extends the date on the card for another 12 months. My card with extension is expiring on may 11 so I will get the stamp about 30 days before that. Yeah at this point any news at all is pretty exciting!!

Our receipt number also shows the same as yours.  We will see if it really means anything significant at this point.

Regardless, we will be submitting the N-400 at the end of next month, so we are not really expecting to ever see the 10 year

green card.

Which receipt number are you guys using?  The NOA 1/Extension letter, or the Bio appt. letter?

Thank you! :)

Well, well, well...seems like your approval DID open the green card gates after all! :star:

Like many, I tried my other case number and it says was received by local office today.

Hopefully we'll have lots of approvals next couple of days/weeks to prove it isn't a glitch. :pop:

I don't think it's a glitch, perhaps my approval did or perhaps the USCIS had a brainwave and thought vyou know what guys we are up ##### street without a paddle, let's send sort this out!!! LOL 😂

Congratulations!!! I wish I had know n you had received the letter this morning as I could have told you if you see a statue of liberty arm on it, it's an approval. That happened to me the day I received it on Saturday. I saw USCIS, I stared at it and my hands started shaking, I saw the arm, but because I was shaking still I physically couldn't open it !! It was quite funny.

Anyway enough about me, enjoy your approval, go celebrate,so very happy for you!!!  Next..... 😃
