I have news I want to share with you guys first. Today I went to my mail box about five minutes ago and there was an approval letter dated 20 Feb from the Vermont center/centre.

Maybe they are waiting to send the GCs on St. Patricks day since they are green after all.

04/04/14 - USCIS received date

04/08/14 - Fingerprint fee accepted

04/09/14 - USCIS Noa1 notice date and check cashed next day

04/11/14 - Got text/e-mail notification for I-485, I-131 and I-765 at 1:09 a.m. & check cleared in the morning

05/06/14 - Fingerprint done

06/12/14 - EAD card production date & AP approval date

06/20/14 - Received EAD/AP Combo card in hand + text/email notice for delivery status :lol:

07/14/14 - Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver case dated 07/10/14

02/24/15 - Renewal EAD/AP Noa Date

03/18/15 - Requested help from Ombudsman

03/19/15 - One fingerprint done for EAD renewal

03/25/15 - Requested help from Senator

04/01/15 - Case has been transferred to field office in Columbus, Ohio

04/09/15 - Card was ordered

04/16/15 - Card mailed

04/18/15 - Received GC in hands finally! (no welcome notice)

02/21/17 - Sent package to VSC

02/23/17 - Package delivered 

03/30/17 - Finger print done

01/10/18 - Online application sent

01/11/18 - NOA Receipt PDF posted online

01/13/18 - Biometrics appointment scheduled status (wait for PDF)

02/01/18 - Fingerprint done (get text & email alert but no update + estimated time changed to 4 months)

Oh dear Pat80 you too. Some January filers are too, wouldn't surprise if that was true of December ones also and so my fellow vjers the clock keeps ticking but we are another day nearer to our approvals. Good luck and may you have the best of GREEN luck today.

Congratulations!!! They must be sweet on you sending you a Valentine's gift.😀 I'm still waiting for the mail, contemplating what wonderful delights await and hoping it's not another credit card offer. However, if no word today that's fine as enjoying a lovely warm day here for a change.

It's getting ridiculous they've been processing September for 2 to 3 months. They must only be processing one ROC case a day.

I am Feb filler and get the approval letter today from VSC , decision date is 02/14/2018.

 

However I have a question . My name on the letter is spelled as “ A XYZ”. My name is “ ABC XYZ”, they only write down the first character of my first name. Is that normal ? Thanks

No idea, but congratulations! Sure someone who has received a letter recently will be able to advice.

Shell, you have been such a comfort to all of the Feb. filers.  I want to say thank you for your sense of humor and kind words.  I check everyday in hopes of seeing your approval.  I know it is coming soon.  I only ask that when you do receive your approval, PLEASE don't leave us. We need you!
