Hi

So I am planning to bring my parents to the US on B2/visitor visa.The question is about the US contact address on the form.:mellow:

The problem is we are looking for a house, I am hesitant about giving our apartment address as it may change during the process of the visa or by the time they decide to come to the US or more importantly want no immigration letters coming to the apartment address after we have moved out.The only permanent address that we have would be my in law's house address.

So though by the time they get here we would hopefully have a house,i am a little worried about  giving out in laws contact on the form or for the interview as they are here to see me .

What should i do?:huh:

vj terminology to know

NOA = notice of action :P

ISO = immigration service officer

NBC = (same as MSC)national benefits center

RFE = request for evidence

You have absolutely nothing to do with your parents' B2 visa. They apply, are interviewed, and approved\declined on merit.

You will not be getting any 'immigration letters' in the mail; B2 visa is in no way related to immigration.

Seriously its not that hard to understand the question.

It asks for a contact address. You can give your current address as thats...your current address. People are allowed to change addresses.

If for whatever reason you think this will create a problem (it wont) then give your in laws address.

Stop over complicating a very simple question.
