Hi! Our petition is also being processed in Mesquite, TX

It took about two weeks to receive the hard copy of the NOA1 (how frustrating, our lawyers hadn't filled the e-notification form!), and according to stats, it takes roughly 75 days to get the NOA2.

Fingers crossed! We hope getting ours before the end of April despite what the uscis.gov website seems to say.

Looking at the timelines on here (filtering to TX service center and sorting by NOA1), you can see the "roughly 75 days" estimate is about right.

thank you for the reply! the same thing happened with our lawyer! the reason we found out when we were approved is because we went on the uscis website ourselves. (and  for some reason i check it daily , just in case i am one of those lucky ones that get processed in the blink of an eye) no luck yet but like you said, fingers crossed!!

wish you the best of luck :)

Best of luck to you as well!

Did you create an account on myuscis? You can activate the email and text message notification... also I have an app on my iphone : Case tracker.

Oh, and I check USCIC manually everyday too, you never know ;-)

I'm going to follow your timeline closely as you're already 42 days in the process, i'm really hoping that the Texas service center will live up to its reputation!

Hi, my K1 was received at Texas office Dec. 23rd. I am getting so many conflicting times when I should hear from them. My phone app case tracker shows active for 61 days, but got a notice on Feb. 15th that case was received?? Where am I at with this, I am finding it very confusing to know when I may actually get an NOA2?

I think the active days is how long since they received your application, I have heard that the physical NOA1 takes longer than the online updates to your case because its "snail mail".  Check the timelines similar to your case on here to get an idea of how long it will be.

Ok thank you, just to make sure, the NAO1 is when you receive your WAC #number, correct?

I'm not sure about the WAC # ,,,but pretty much it is a physical notice and it has your priority date  and tells you where it is going to be processed.

Hi Kate, they should have given you a number that starts with WAC then 10 numbers, about a week after they receive your 129f. This is your first Notice of Action or NOA1. The NOA2 is when they make a judgement on the 129F, which we should have our NOA2 for me late March, for you a couple weeks later. Have a great weekend,

Neal
