Hi guys
I have applied for family based green card along with the EAD on 7, Nov, 2017 to Chicago Lockbox. I had by biometric on 5, Jan, 2017. Yesterday when my case passed 75 days, I called USCIS helpline and applied for the service request. She gave me service request number and told me you have to wait 15 to 30 days to get reply from your case officer about the status of your case.
My questions are

1. 75th day service request is helpful to speed up the process?
2. How much more I have to wait to get the reply and what type of reply they usually give?
3. Where I can check the status of my service request, can some body send me the link? My service request number is kind of wierd "T1E03********MSC"? Is it normal
4. What is the average EAD processing time for MSC or chiacgo lockbox?

I am so frustrated sitting all day home, checking my Email and Mail box so many times a day, help me out here.

Thanks

I filed my 485/131/765 on 16th Nov, biometrics on 29th Dec and still haven't heard anything.

I went to infopass and they advised it's best to just wait for the 90 days to lapse, as that is the normal processing time, though the USCIS website processing times shows they are delayed.

Hang in there... it sure is a frustrating period of waiting, but use the time to get your resume prepped :-)

yes a service request can be helpful and I'm sure you will hear something soon the normal processing time is 90 days.

MSC stands for Missouri Service center that was it was called in the beginning at why it has the MSC it is now the National Benefits center NBC and thats were it will be handled not the lockbox in Chicago.
