submitted the concurrent filing package for Adjustment of Status with all the Files and Cover letter along with all the New Updated Fee 

 

1/13/2017 File i-130 / i-485 / i-765 / i-693 / G-1055 / I-864,.. Filing fee i-130 = $535 / biomatirc fee $85 / i-485 fee = $1040Sent the File today visa USPS

1/17/2017 Delivered at Chicago, IL 60680

1/24/2017 ext and Email received at 5:30 PM Only 1 Text and Email i-130 THAT I - 797 HAS BEEN RELEASED

1/28/2017 NOA for i-130 Received in Mail box NO NOA for  i-485 / i-765 /

 

can anyone please guide me what is the issue for not receiving the NOA for AOS and EAD ?

Plus the $535 = $1760

01/16/15 Consulate sent me packet to prepare for my interview/medical!

yes i did the same thing cause USPS can make Money-order upto $1000so i made $1000 + $140 + $85 for bio for i-486 and sent $535 for i-130 mine was Concurrent filing , Chicago Lock box

If you arrived in the united states on a K1 visa am i right in thinking you don't need to submit an I-130 with your I-485 ?

  • Left NVC 03 Aug 2016

  • Letter from Embassy UK (received my case) 19th Aug 2016

  • Police report received 19th Aug 2016

  • Medical 30 Aug 2016

  • Interview 14 Sep 2016 APPROVED

  • Case changed to AP 15 Sep 2016

  • Enter USA Chicago IL 17th October 2016

  • WEDDING 10th December 2016

  • TRYING TO WORK OUT AOS NOW

yes i called them they said wait upto 30 days the minimum time frame from the date we receive the application.

Your timeline is not updated so i don't know from what kind of visa are you adjusting. If you are doing it from K-1 then I can tell you for sure that I-130 is not needed .

1/31/2017 Called USCIS to ask if everythig is alright they said you will get reply in a next 30 days from the say you files had to call in a morning hours due to lot of busy timing in eastern standard zone
