If the fiancée is from one of the countries no visas are being issued during this time. 

Also K1 is for fiancé and CR1 is for spouse, but atm all visa issuing is halted.

I think it's hard for anyone to say exactly what will happen. Trump has said that the countries are chosen cause they have internal issues with terror groups and that the information they get from the governments may not be enough to clearly establish a person's background. After the 90 days they are according to the EO supposed to have a report on what additional information they think is necessary for the governments to provide on/for their citizens, and the countries can, again according to the EO, decide to start issuing documents for their citizens that comply with the demand or not. If not then I believe the citizens will not meet future requirements for being issued visas either, and if they do the guess is that they can again apply for visas. It's hard to say what sort of information they are even talking about at this moment... therefore also hard to say what will happen :/

The ban has currently been lifted, after a Federal Judge ruled that it was unconstitutional on the grounds that Trump is discriminating based on religion. People from these countries are temporarily allowed to enter, until a further judgement will be made in higher courts.
