Yes they told me  to send them a missing court certificate but to bring my w2 to the interview.

I think because yours is a work petition?  He said they're in the process of changing the wording, but you're right, it might not apply to all.

I had already been told (a loooong time ago, back in June when I started this process) by someone at the Paris embassy who actually took care of visas, that "as long as the paperwork's in order they will accept the expedite" - I guess the first expedite was looked at by a different person. Well, the right person looked at the second one.

two different expedites?  Do you mean one at NVC level and one at consulate level?

You just need to bring the corrected Affidavit of Support with you to the interview. Instead of correcting it and then sending it to NVC, they are approving your case and allowing you to bring the correction to the interview.

Yeah i suggest you call them  5 days after you sent the documents, that's the thing i didnt do and regret it much. Good luck and praying you hear good news.

That's not true they start counting from the day they put your documents in the system , that's the only way they can keep track of the date they received them , I will call wednesday and make sure they got them , I saw someone in here yesterday said they sent their documents in November  and never called , now they are saying their scan date is January 13, I guess they got lost in the mail room for a while , keep in mind they receive thousands of cases every day. Good luck

Yeah.. that happened to my documents. And i hope there wont be anyone who'd ever experience it again. Yup, you should verify that they received it, good luck on this journey

Just a quick question. Do you have any proof of when they received your package? If you do, maybe you can put together a request/case through your senator and get them to process right away. It is their inactivity that caused this whole incident anyway.

I'm sorry that happened to you , just hang in there you should hear something next month, you are almost there good luck .
