Scan date is when they actually scan it from the filing room.. so you may have to wait a couple of days... As it's probably in the post room. We sent ours and it was there In the post room but the day it's scanned in and in que is the scan date!

Hope that makes sense :)

my 2nd scan date is 12/06

My dad case was completed on 02/15, however my mom case is still under review and asked to resubmit i-864a back to NVC with original sig and date. NVC did ask the same form from my dad to be submitted during an interview. I called back to NVC and told them that it doesn't make any sense to one person has to submit the form during an interview and 2nd person need to submit the same form back to NVC for re review where i submitted all the documents on the 1st place. They forward the case back to supervisor to review and may take up to 6 more weeks for the sup to response, and i asked for sup to talk no one was available and request to call back but no call no far. I called them yesterday and ask for supervisor again and was told that your name is still on the list to be called back and still no one was available at that time so i gave up and sent them the form yesterday and they got it today USPC mail confirmed today at 1106am so now i am waiting  and waiting ..........

Wow ! thats crazyyyy. I would call everyday until I am able to speak to a supervisor. I don't know if they really do return the calls. If they do, let us know. I am sorry. Hopefully you won't have to wait much longer .

Thats what I don't understand.  I am sure you send all the paperwork together. How does one gets a checklist and the other don't. Both should have been processed TOGETHER you would think. And yea I wouldn't wait on the call back either. I would call very early in the morning possibly as soon as they open if you could and try getting a supervisor. Good Luck ♥
