Hi there! @Mc and R.kid @Nutella

I believe when it comes to RFE's/Checklists, that they say that the review can take up to 8 weeks... but from what I've seen from other members here, that it does not usually take that duration of time considering your case was already being reviewed. Just like @Tanishsaid, they usually pick up where they left on on your case. God Willing both of you will get CC soon. Best wishes to you all. :)

My scan date is Dec/29... so I'm still a bit away from CC. I am hoping in about two weeks though. ^_^

Thank you so much Ahmed and Amy!

Really appreciate all your help :)

God willing we will all get through this soon enough!!!!

I do dua your case is completed so soon :)

Approved petitions are currently taking about 2 weeks to be sent to NVC, then about another week after being sent to be received at NVC. Case number is generally available a week after case received, so 1 month from petition approval to NVC case number being assigned. I was approved just last Friday and am expecting my case number to be available mid-March.

Thanks again!

I would contact them and be sure of this. I know that when my shipment showed delivered by DHL, it took NVC several days to 'receive' it into their system and give me a scan date, the scan date was not the same date as the date when it was delivered. But two months is a long time.. I understand days, but month(s) is strange, no matter what they say about the mail room being full or them being overwhelmed.

I would try calling NVC to confirm if you have a Case Complete, it takes some effort and persistence, but you would get through, i've spoken to them twice this week. From the sound of things, it appears you have a CC and you need to go to your interview with the outstanding docs, but then only NVC can confirm this detail. I believe all March interviews have been scheduled and NVc wont start scheduling April interviews till between end of March till about 1st/2nd week March. Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot.

Congratulations, It means you have a  case complete. You need to call NVC to confirm and ask when they are likely to schedule your interview. Lets know what you find out. When is your scan date?
