Does anyone else, know that their cases are likely not completed (week 9), but still call NVC and stay on hold for 35+mins, to hear their case is on queue to be reviewed and so, no updates available? Or am i the only crazy one here?

@aspoison22 I'd suggest giving them a call. This is direct from their website on the case status page.

"

If it has been more than two (2) months since you submitted documents to NVC, and you have not received any communications from NVC:

  • Action required:  Keep in mind that NVC will not review your case file until you have paid your fees, submitted your Form DS-260, and submitted both financial and civil documents. If you are missing any of those items, please submit those now using these online instructions.
  • Action required:  If you have submitted all of the required documents, forms, and fees and still have not heard from NVC, please give us a call at 1-603-334-0700 or send an email using our online inquiry form. Our Customer Service Representatives can confirm whether NVC received your documents and update you on the status of your case."

Thanks a lot to all of you for all the feedback, and for taking time to help me figure this all out. I have been calling them every friday since December and nothing. Actually on a phone call right where i will request to speak to a supervisor about it. Im seriously so fed up with the long wait! And apparently they haven't even completed my application!!! Here i was thinking i was just waiting for my interview date ?.  I will update you guys after i speak to someone and will pray for you guys as well ❤

when is your priority date, it may have something to do with that. I believe they wont review applications until your priority date is current.
