Just landed in Houston. While waiting in line at immigration (takes longer to enter the US as a citizen than it does to enter UK as a visitor) I loaded up the website on my phone.

3 N/A's :)

Will try to sit on hold using Bluetooth in my car to confirm. Must have happened en route back since I checked before I left.

Scan date 11/28

Congratulations!!! :D

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Seems like NVC has stepped it up a little with the cc's posted on here in the last few days. Maybe they're trying to catch up. It seems that 10-12 weeks is about the "wait time" currently.

Yes as far as I can see. They are still working on late November early December cases. Hopefully they can get all December out by March and maybe some January too.

Scan Date January 18th :(

Yes, at this moment in time I would suggest contacting your regional congressman/woman or your state senator involved. Some member who were 12 going to 13 weeks just got CC, so hopefully you will be next. But it doesn't hurt to get your congressman or senator involved to help you in the mean time.

How do you know you got CC? Do you receive an email notification ?

I know you didn't ask me but, you will see 3 N/A's when you login on the website. Currently you should be seeing 2 if you haven't had a case complete. 3rd N/A shows up under Affidavit of Support Fee which turns from PAID to N/A. If you are still seeing PAID , your case isn't complete. I would call if I were you. What is your scan date ? looks like you send all the paperwork in November. Don't wait on the emails. Those are usually delayed or never sent so call if you can.

You can check the ceac website and check to see if you got 3 N/A's. When you log in, you will see  under Affidavit of Support fee, it should say 'PAID', but if you got your case complete, it will change to 'N/A', which would be the 3rd N/A.

Yes you will get an email from NVC when your case is complete. But you can check the ceac website like mentioned, to see if your case completed, as it can take 3-5 business days to receive an email notification.

Woohoo, so great to log in and see a couple of cc's again! Congratulations!!! :D:D:D

Today is officially the end of my 8 weeks at NVC since scan date. I have downloaded all the privacy release forms of my husband's senators and congressman. As the NVC has published a new timeline on their website (8 weeks now), we will wait until next week to send out our letters to the senators and rep. But it seems like NVC is slowly grinding again with all these recent cc's. Hoping for more good news especially to those who have been waiting for ages.

Hi Ahmed & Amy! I was going to message you but I figured maybe other members can benefit from this question as well. I noticed in your timeline that it says Supervisor Request and Review Department separately. Are these two separate departments, or did your supervisor request just take 5 days to get inputted into their system? Thank you!
