Just called NVC, lady replied me that your scan date is 1st December, 2016 and documents has forwarded to supervisor for review on 19th January 2017. She said me you have to wait eight(8) weeks and your 8 weeks time starts from 19th January, 2017.

That's a total bullshit. As you know you have no influence on when they forward to whatever their internal department. That person was just stupid. I suggest you calling again and ask for supervisor co complain but also writing to AskNVC with your complaints.

I don't think this is true, my scan date was 12/08 and my one case was completed on week 11. the rep did tell me from your scan date may take up to 8 weeks so your time should start from 12/01. don't be upset:rolleyes:

They're probably just saying that so you can think it's 8 weeks from sup review but it doesn't seem like that's the case. I wouldn't be worried. Depending on who you get they say what they want. They all sound annoyed.

I was told something similar today. Scan date 12/29, she said starting from 02/10 is the supervisor review (in the review department now), can take up to 8 weeks for cc from the Feb-10 date. but she said it "shouldn't"  take a complete 8 weeks.
