Thank you!!

so my PD is feb 6..

i got an RFE which they received Mar 9

after that, I didn't hear anything from them until May 3rd which was when they scheduled my interview for June 6..

and actually, I didn't hear anything about my EAD until June 1st... They mailed out my EAD card last night... So I'm guessing my EAD and green card will arrive within about a week of each other cause my green card is being produced (I just got a notification that it's being produced already)..

as for my visa, I came with an H-4 visa back in 2006.. Got married 2014..

Hope that helps!!

Interview tomorrow! I'm so nervous.. Any advice from those who are done with their interviews ?

Thanks!!

It's super easy. Don't be nervous, they pick up on it and might think you're hiding something.

They will ill ask you about how you met, then ask you to answer yes or no questions. Then they asked my wife were we lived, she gave him our address and that's it.

i gave them our 2016 joint tax.

The CO then said, I'm going yo approve your application pending the background check. And that's it.

good luck on your interview!

Our status got changed to card being produced on May 30th and arrived on June 5th.

So it sounds like 6 days later? Did the status change online from card being produced to card has been mailed?

It's been since Friday June 2 since my status changed to "card is being produced " how long does it usually take for the card to get mailed?

@Shi/Gabe it takes two working days to change to card mailed to me then two or three days to have the card in the mail. So you sure will get it before this week ends. Stick by your mailbox. Good luck.

the officer asked my husband if he knows where I work and what my full name is. She wanted to know how we met, when we got engaged, and when we got married. Then she just asked me all the yes or no questions on the applications. Interview took a little less than 10 mins.

@mjnadres wow! Congratulations and thanks for sharing your update. God bless. My interview is on June 21st. Good luck to all expecting and waiting for good news.

Congs! My 485 says the same as your , as of April 7 ,, really do we have to wait for two months to get an interview?

@Vaug21 it greatly depends on your local office workload as well as the personnel assigned your application and rfe/rfie, it can come/be scheduled anytime but you will get a notice a month before the date. Good luck.

I tried to call uscis customer service since it's been 30 days since i last raised my SR and 120 days since my PD. Unfortunately, i got connected to a very rude customer service, she said i should not call again since my case is still under current processing time, that i should just wait. I asked her when is the best time to follow up?  she said NOOOOO you dont need to call again, she said it over and over again.  :( i just want to cry.

@j217 so sad to hear this. Please stay strong and hang in there. I pray you get a positive update before the end of next week. It could be frustrating and daunting. Good luck.
