How many of the feb filers are still waiting for EAD?

I'm on day 113. I looked at January filers today. One persons ead/AP took so long that they had their interview first. They were approved and had no need for the prior.

I also looked at march filers. They're complaining about 75 day past and no ead/ap.

2 weeks ago people started getting their EAD. 69-75 days later than their received. But now it stuck again. That's why people are frustrated in march filers. which i am at 87 days. trying to wait it out. :D

I did, uscis received it about 4 weeks after the email notification. It was the infamous " we didn't receive a marriage certificate" even though I sent one. I live in Hawaii so I had to book a flight to Honolulu to pick up another one.

USCIS number won't let me get through a customer representative. Urgh, this whole process is so aggravating. It keeps telling me my receipt number is lacking digits.

I'm praying this is because they're working on my case. That's what happened with our I-129F petition. Suddenly our accounts stopped working and nothing would fix it, and then boom an approval.

Are you forgetting the MSC prefix when entering your receipt number, i.e. 672 by the standard phone keypad mapping?

I Just wanted to pipe up that this isn't necessarily true! We all know how USCIS gives different answers to people all the time. Don't lose hope!

I have a friend who is an immigration lawyer, he told me a while ago that receiving an RFIE (for my marriage certificate they already had -_-) on the AOS application wouldn't affect my EAD processing.

I just got EAD notification today of card production at day 102 from initial application.

Package sent: Feb 13th
Received: Feb 16th
NOA1 date: Feb 22nd
Biometrics: March 22nd
RFIE on AOS: March 31st
RFIE response received: April 25th
EAD service request: May 19th (Note: this request is still showing as having not been assigned for processing)
EAD "Card Production": May 26th

I'm so happy I started crying when I got the email notification. Not working has been so stressful; not only financially but I've been feeling almost depressed with nothing to do. I'm a nurse - it's in my blood to need to help people!

Good luck to everyone still waiting. I totally understand how helpless you feel.

Congratulations ,when did your status change online to "Card was Mailed" from "New Card being Produced"

If you're trying to call the customer service line and wanting to get through to a real person, immediately after selecting a language dial "22624" and it will direct you straight through to customer service. When they come on the line you will be asked to provide your receipt number and you can go from there!

I never have the patience to deal with automated systems, so I always find a way to bypass them. This works every time.

Hopefully you are able to hear something soon!

Oh that's great to know. I finally got through to someone and she was all stressful like "oh another person" but I managed to do a service request, except on my status it says

  • As of June 2, 2017, your inquiry about the status of your Employment Authorization application, referral number XXXX, is currently not assigned for processing.

    Is that normal?
