I filed on February 21st and USCIS received it on February 24th.

The woman on the phone made a service request today about my EAD and told me that an officer will get back to me and gave me a confirmation number.

I hope that someone will get back to me within the next 30 days.

My Green Card application is still at the NBC...

I just did the same thing. You can always just call USCIS back and check the status via the confirmation number. They never told me to wait 15-30 days …

Honestly, from what I've just read, EVERYONES AOS/AP/EAD gets forwarded to NBC (Lee's Summit, MO). It would make sense if they were looking at the AOS time frame, the AP and EAD to be grouped together with the AOS time frame on the USCIS website, or for the site not to have been updated.

When did the status say the card was mailed out? I'm waiting for mine now and it said they mailed it on the 8th.

Edit: So it's not the new one that she got? I was hoping we'd get the new one already. https://www.uscis.gov/green-card/green-card-processes-and-procedures/employment-authorization-document

The online status said " card was mailed out" on May 3rd and we received it this week.

Mine says the exact same thing with different wording (I did an expedite request) but I didn't hear a thing. When I called to ask about it the lady just told me to call back after 30 days, which is tomorrow...

I didn't expedite my EAD. Yesterday was day 75 and I wanted to know what was going on with my application. I guess I will receive something in the mail soon.

Good luck to you :)
