Hey, I am a bit curious. What is the received date on your NOA 1? It seems to me like you haven't reached the 75-day mark yet.

Received date is different to NOA1 date. For the Service Request, they go off of Received Date, not NOA1 date.

Yes I know this. I was just being curious because it took so long for her to get her NOA1 after they received it. Just comparing cases because we filed around the same time, even though it might not be of much help.

You cannot compare cases with each other because every case is different.

I might have received my NOA1 in March but it was still February when USCIS received my petition and started working on my case.

And we are not even close to understanding how USCIS truly handles the logistics and cases, but yes, I check people's timelines who filed around the same time as me out of curiosity and I know you can't base any estimates off of this.

I did file an expedite request 10 days ago based on financial stress. I faxed documents and I still have no response they told me to call back this Friday. Last week I did a service request on my case because it was already 90 days. They said both requests were going to be treated separately. I have to wait for the service request 30 days and the expedited request until the end of this week.

I guess most of us are still waiting for the EAD around the 90 days processing time.

I called yesterday to make an inquiry about my EAD. They made a service request and that afternoon I checked my case again and it said my request was already completed. My case still says the same thing (case was received on February 21st). Has anyone else experience this? I am not sure if I should call USCIS again or just leave it and see what happens.

Hi Carlos

I called yesterday too, and they received my case on February 21st too. Where did you cheked the request?. The person I talked to said I'll have to wait, about 2 weeks to hear back from them.

Hello everyone. I've been following this thread off and on since I filed February 8.

I'm just wondering if anyone here has the same experience as me: I called uscis yesterday to inquire about our ap/ead status and the operator told me that my case had been sent to the national benefits center in Lee's summit Missouri and that I had to wait an additional 2-3 months for processing?!! So rather than waiting 3 months I have to wait 5-6?!!

I filed on February 21st and USCIS received it on February 24th.

The woman on the phone made a service request today about my EAD and told me that an officer will get back to me and gave me a confirmation number.

I hope that someone will get back to me within the next 30 days.

My Green Card application is still at the NBC...
