I called on Day 76 and and its still not assigned for processing.

Geez...really?!

I always thought that they start processing your case once you call them after 75 days. What did the person on the phone say?

Sorry to hear that.

They said I should hear something back shortly (They did the disclaimer and said it can take 30 Days) but she also said for EAD, call back on day 90 if you haven't heard anything.

Me too!!

I-94 expired Feb (so I don't have a drivers license), Walmart is a 1m walk which isn't too far, the bus stop that goes downtown is 6m away, the swimming pool and park in the 'community is a 3m walk which is exhausting in this 85 degree heat, I feel like I'm stuck at home all the time!!

Same here.

I have to wait for my EAD too in order to apply for a driver's license. I hope I'll hear something from them by the end of the month. It's getting boring here. I sometimes use Uber or Lyft to go to the city or a mall but I can't do that every day.

After looking at the USCIS Tracker app, quite a few people got their approvals today which is great. Now let's hope we get our cards soon.

My aos was update to ready for interview on april 17, i have still not received anything in the mail. Should i call? Does it usually take this long?

thank you

Depending on where in NJ you're located, I'm afraid you'll probably be waiting for quite a while. The Newark office is one of the most backlogged in the whole country. The other one is in Mount Laurel, and that one is behind by quite a while too. All you can do is wait and hope for the best.

Helo everyone!

Status changed for EAD today.. it now says, "New Card is being produced".

Also applied for AP but status still says, "Case was received"

does that mean AP was not approved?

NOA: March 3rd

Biometrics done: March 21st
