hello everyone. i need your help. I am planning to submit our AOS packet this week but I am confused. Do we still need to submit i-693 or the ds-3025 is enough? should we need to send the original of ds-3025 or photocopy is enough? we came here as K1 and k2 visa me and my son last December. i am looking forward for your immediate response. Thank you very much.

The ds-3025 vaccination form is valid for a year. So If you entered on December 2016, you and your son only submit copies of the ds-3025.

you need a check for $1225 on top of I485 form and a check for $535 for the I130 form. The people that only sent one check are most likely K1 visa b/c they dont need I130. Good luck

Sent in the package on Feb 10th, arrived at chicago lockbox Feb 13th. NOA1 text and email was received today (Feb 21st) at 12:30 am!!! They really do sent it out at whatever time. I was panicking a bit since others have gotten their NOA1 already. First part done! Now more waiting hahaha

2/10/2017 -> AOS Package (I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131) mailed to Chicago Lockbox by USPS

2/21/2017 -> NOA1 received through text and email! 

2/23/2017 -> Physical NOA1 received for all three

3/02/2017 -> RFE (initial evidence) received, needed to send 2016 tax return (filed after package was sent out)

3/10/2017 -> Biometrics letter received.

3/24/2017 -> Biometrics appointment scheduled. 

4/29/2017 -> EAD/AP card received. =)

waiting game begins.....

So we got our NOA 1 hardcopies for AOS, AED And AP last Friday the 17th of Feb. There was a slight problem on the AED notice because my birth date is wrong. Instead of Marh 14 it was September 14. Noting that it was after 6pm when we checked our mailbox and USCIS was only open Mon-Fri 8am-6pm EST so we didnt make any changes not til this morning. Glad the rep was easy to talk to and she made the necessary changes. Thank God. Right now we are waiting for our Biometric appointment letter and based on the normal timeline we should have ours first week on March. We will see. Hope everyone doing fine with their process.

Yeah..no birthday on it and no priority date. And idk if it's too early but I can't check my cases online...

umm, all 3 has my birthday though no priority date. You will know all this when you get your NOA1. You will have it soon.

Oh Im sorry. I didnt get you at first. Mine has my date of birth on all 3 NOA1. You might want to check with USCIS or lets wait for the others to comment on this.
