AOS 2017: 

2/2/2017: AOS, AED and AP sent to USCIS Chicago via Fedex

2/6/2017: AOS, AED and AP received and signed. 

2/10/2017: Fingerprint fee received

2/14/2017: NOA1 received through text and email

2/14/2017: Cheque was encashed

2/17/2017: NOA1 hard copies received for AOS, AED and AP via mail. 

2/21/2017: Called USCIS to update DOB on AED due to typo error on NOA1 hard copy received.

3/11/2017: DOB updated in AED

3/11/2017: Biometric letter received via mail. 

3/21/2017: Biometric scheduled and DONE in York, PA.

4/26/2017: Called USCIS for service request on AED since Its more than (75 days). Rep provided a reference #.

4/27/2017: (AED)Service request completed

5/3/2017: (AED) Card Is Being Produced 

5/8/2017: Approval notice for both AED and AP received through mail. 

5/8/2017: Card Was Mailed To Me 

5/10/2017: Combo Card (AED & AP) received

6/24/2017: (Greencard) Card is being Produced | NO INTERVIEW

She may get some books from the local library related to spoken english. Some books have audio CDs that she may listen and practise along. Also get some novel audiobooks coz they may help a lot. Its not something that you can not learn and instead look for jobs that dont require fluent english. Look for the best jobs and dont worry about the language I've seen so many people who cant speak english fluently but are sitting at high paying positions dude everyone knows that, America is land of immigrants. Go ahead and be confident in whatever you do.

We just got the update "new card being issued" May 1st :D .  Nothing about an interview yet though. Does that mean it still will come later or does that mean we won't have an interview?

07/15/16 I mailed i129F with money order

07/20/16 text receipt from USCIS received (NOA1)

09/01/16 NOA2 via online USCIS website check

09/06/16 NOA2 Official Letter received (I-797)

09/15/16 NVC Recieved file from USCIS...Called NVC and got case #

09/30/16 Fiance received letter from Embassy

10/17/16 Fiance's medical

10/24/16 medical will be ready for pickup

11/04/16 Biometrics

11/07/16 Interview Day ... Visa APPROVED :D

11/17/16 Visa received

11/25/16 POE, New York

12/24/16 Married (L)

There's no way to know if you'll receive an interview waiver, so assume that visa interview will came later based on your field office's processing times. 

EAD/AP: 02/14/17 - 05/26/17 (101 days)

AOS: 02/14/17 - 06/20/17 (126 days)

ROC: 05/19/19 - 04/23/20 (340 days)

 

N-400: (249 days)

9/13/2020- Application filed online 

9/21/2020 - NOA1 received 

12/10/2020 - NOA2 biometrics reuse

2/2/2021 - NOA3 N-400 interview scheduled for 3/16/2021

3/8/2021 - NOA4 N-400 interview cancelled 

3/15/2021 - NOA5 N-400 interview re-scheduled 

4/27/2021 - Interview (approved)

4/28/2021 NOA6 Oath ceremony scheduled 

5/20/2021 - Oath ceremony

Congrats! I filed a service request today on day 75, hopefully it'll come within the next fifteen days like yourself :)

Sorry for the late reply. Yes dont worry it will come. To be honest, it was so draining to wait on an update. I needed to bug them. Called them last April 26 and filed for service request got completed the 27th but no update that day not til today. Btw I called them today too but got a different answer that I hadda wait for 30 days but around 5.35 this afternoon it updated to card is being produced. Sometimes, you need to bug them. Hope you hear from them soon.
