I'm heading to an InfoPass next week with a job offer letter - let's see if I have any luck expediting the EAD...

Please let me know how you get on. I have a job offer with a start date of June (to take into account EAD wait time) so am not seeking an expedite yet, but am keen to see how you get on for a bit further down the line.

Yeah, will let you know. My offer basically says I can start as soon as I'm authorized to work so we'll see if that has any effect...

I called USCIS today to put in a Service Request to Expedite my EAD application. I have a job offer, my employer wrote me a letter stating that I have a job for as soon as I get my EAD, so I am expediting based on severe financial hardship. They said I should hear from them within 5 days.

Hopefully they don't question the "severe financial hardship" reason, since the sponsor/co-sponsor should be able to support the beneficiary. I think it would have been better to submit under "great financial loss" when there's a job lined up. Hoping for the best, good luck!

Today my case got updated and it's a RFE.

That is the second one actually. The first one it asked for Joint Sposor's complete tax returns.

And we mailed them couple weeks ago and there is another RFE.

I am so frustrated, anyone has any ideas on what could that be?

my guess is maybe it's for medical exam because I didn't submit it yet.

As far as I know, they don't issue RFE for the medical exam. I didn't submit it either and they sent a notice form basically saying that I should bring it with me to the interview and that I don't have to send anything back at the moment. So the RFE is probably for something else.
