Pretty much all documents you ever submitted. You always sent the copy so they might want to see the original. Evidence that your marriage is legit (pictures together, evidence of co-mingling of finances, lease together etc.). 

 

The chances are slim that you will  get as lucky as this guy though and have the interview any time soon. The average wait for the interview is 200 days. So plenty of time to look up what you will need at the interview. Just look at the guides to find see what you will need to bring. I think they also write that in your interview letter though what they want to see. 

Also all documents from K1?!

No, except for the important supporting originals you might've submitted back then (police certificate, court record, divorce degree etc.).

Question for anyone who might know....

 

My husband and I just got a RFE notice for our AoS for additional income documents. I forgot to send everything in triplicate and need to send in some items again.  Can I send in the bank letter with my average deposits from the last 12 months that I had pulled with my K-1 visa in July 2016 or do I need a new one?

I took the original police certificate and birth certificate with me.

Yeah the interview is when you should really have your original birth certificate with you (not just the multilingual translation!!!). People get asked for it. Make sure to have the original by then.

Hi everyone. We got our biometrics appointment today. We got our NOA on the 1st, and the appointment letter today the 17th. The appointment is for the 30th. We also have an infopass appointment for next Wednesday because our NOAs did not have dates. 

07/18/2016- I-129F sent to Texas

7/22/2016- NOA1, case sent to CSC

7/28/2016- NOA1 by mail

09/06/2016-I-129F Approved

09/12/2016-NOA2 by mail

10/24/2016- Medical Interview

12/12/2016- Visa Interview and approval

12/29/2016- Visa issued

1/4/2017- Visa in hand 

1/7/2017- Entry into US 

2/8/2017- AOS and work auth package sent 

2/10/2017-Package received

3/1/2017-NOA's via text

3/4/2017-NOA's hard copy-missing all dates!!!!  

3/17/2017- NOA's came with correct info and dates 

3/30-2017-Biometrics in Orlando FL 

4/27/2017-EAD Approved 

5/05/2017- EAD in hand 

08/31/2017- Got RIFE 

09/28/2017- Sent RIFE Packet 

10/14/2017- Received green card w/ no interview 

07/11/2019- Sent Removal of Conditions Packet

08/07/2019- NOA by text and letter 

11/07/2019- Fingerprints taken

12/04/2020-Green card arrived w/ no interview (USCIS did not update online status)

It also depends on how busy your local office is. Sometimes it takes longer than a month.

18 days after they received our application, we received 3 text messages and 3 emails from USCIS today! Thankful for the progress, finally. And hoping that rest of the process will be smooth. ??

How come there is no Delaware office on the list? Is that mean nobody applied there?
