Hi there,

 

we got the biometrics appointment letter today and also sent back the rfe reply.

I just let them notarize the international birth certificate and we also got the apostille on it. On top of all

I also sent a copy of the original german birth certificate and a letter stating that the international birth certificate

is not a translation, but a multilingual document.

I hope they accept it this time.

05/06/19 - Received NOA1 and extension letter in the mail (dated as received on 04/30 and emitted on 05/03)

Ok so I'm going back and forth between this thread and February thread because I did not know which month I was considered to be a filer of! Sent trackable package via 2 day shipping to Chicago for $7.92 on 2/25 (Saturday) it was received 2/27 per the tracking info. Got our 3 I-797 forms in mail today and it shows Received Date as 2/27 and Notice Date as of 3/3/2017. That $8 shipping was well worth it!!! MSC tracking numbers still do not show up in the system and Tier 2 calls are still not accepted in the afternoons. Our NOA did show correct birthdate and alien number and had no blank boxes so that problem has been fixed it seems.

I don't understand how USCIS process the AOS applications...

08/23/19: check got chashed

08/26/19: received extension letter in the mail

11/14/19: Biometrics appointment

04/28/20: case got transferred to my local field office in Atlanta

05/28/20: New Card Is Being Produced

05/29/20: New Card Got Approved

06/02/20: We Mailed Your New Card

06/03/20: The Post Office Picked Up Your New Card

06/04/20: Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office

Just got my Biometrics in the mail today, my process is going far so far less than 1 month :jest:

AOS FROM B1/B2 

2/13/17    Packet sent in the mail to Chicago Lockbox via USPS through my lawyer.:D

2/14/17    Packet received 

2/21/17    Both Checks cashed

02/25/17 Received I-485 and I-765 in the mail.

I don't think anybody understands their order. If we all send to same address why do some take 3-4 weeks and some take 7 days to receive NOA? In my logical brain the package should be stamped with received Date and processed in order it was received but based on the threads this is not always the case!
