No. We did not file a I-131 as we do not need one. See the photo. We have 2 NOA's, one for the 1-485 and one for the 1-765. IMG_0190.thumb.JPG.639ec0a847e1cb38be464e2668e6e4c0.JPG

You are a applying from a K1 visa. It means that you are completely fine with 2 receits since you didn't file I 131 if you didn't have a K1 visa you would have file other form.

We had the same problem. We called everyday and their advice to us was to wait 30 days, and then they could help us. They said after 30 days they would refer us to the people at the lockbox. It took 19 days to get the text saying they recieved it. We had the packet prepared to send again but didn't have to. It was an ordeal.

Thank you, I guess I'll just keep waiting for a little longer. Thanks

By the way, They gave me the email to sent an inquiry today: lockboxsupport@dhs.gov

We immediately received an automatic email telling us it will take up to 15 business days to respond :(

Yeah we emailed them as well and got no response. If you used a personal check, once you see it's cashed you'll know your NOA is on the way. We used a money order so we couldn't tell without paying to track it.

It is hard to predict processing times for I485.

All I can say is that it can take up to 30 days for you to be able to check your case status online. Plus, it seems like they have been having issues with their Customer Service Tools lately so I wouldn't be surprised if it took longer than  that.

I got my paper NOA1 on 03/04, and cannot check my case status online either.

Do you have notice dates/receipt dates/ date of birth on your paper NOA1? If not, I would call Customer Service to inform them of the issue that a lot of us have been dealing with.

So I just got off the phone with a Tier 2 Customer Service Rep regarding the missing dates on my NOA1s.

He gave me the received date and the notice date, for my personal use, and said that the date of birth not being on there is normal.

He also said that the NOA1 is a perfectly fine and valid document even though the dates are missing.

So it looks like we are not all getting the same messages back but it doesn't seem like it's that big of an issue to them.

I am done worrying then :)

I received the NOA 1 for the EAD on Feb 27 in the mail but haven't gotten anything for the AOS and AP. They did send me an email saying they all received it.

We sent in the application on Feb 9.

NOA usually sent a few days after the email but still haven't gotten the other 2.

I scheduled an infopass for next week because the EAD NOA has missing info.

The waiting game sucks! ?

Just got an RFE in the mail.  They want our 2016 tax return...sigh.  Also said my income wasn't enough for the 125% poverty level and that I need to demonstrate the difference via assets or with a sponsor.   My income is more however, and I documented that with pay stubs and a letter from my employer even though my past three year's incomes were below the poverty level....sigh.  Interestingly enough the rfe was not in reference to the medical even though I haven't sent it in yet.  Now I'm not sure what to do....aside from doing my 2016 taxes.

AOS from B1/B2

Sent my paperwork  (AOS, EAD and AP) with a G-1145 to USCIS Lockbox Facility in Chicago with UPS on February 21st.

Haven't heard anything from USCIS yet...check has not been cashed yet either.

Should I be worried or do I need to wait a little more? I need the EAD to apply for work and to get my driver's license.
