I posted AOS packaged with I-765 and I-131 on 21st Feb. Received in Chicago on 24th Feb.

Cheque was cleared yesterday evening but still no email no txt and no post or any NOAs for any of my 3 cases :/

... I know I need to patient but I worry on why others received it and I got nothing so far ...

Maybe because today you'll receive until next business day( Monday I guess?)

Just got our NOA1s in the mail today! Unfortunately they came with the same problem everyone else is having: no date of birth, no notice date, and no received date. I have scheduled an Infopass appointment to get the complete version of the NOA1, since I will need to show it to extend my driver's license.

Does everybody have the same problem tracking the case through the USCIS website with my NOA  I tried to do it but it says -Error may have occurred (or something like that)

Same thing here. Just got my NOAs in the mail today. The notice date, received date, priority date and date of birth are missing. And no way for me to track the case yet.

Will have to make an infopass appointment, I guess.

I just emailed my original birth certificate to a translator in Germany and had a certified translation in the Mail a couple days later. I believe it was about 50€. I sent that translation along with a copy of the original. We just got our NOA1 though so I don't know if that is exactly what they want. But I think you should be fine if you just send a copy of your German birth certificate. You probably didn't have an issue in Frankfurt because they don't require a translation.

I sent both a copy of my German birth certificate and that official translation that you are talking about with it. I haven't heard anything from USCIS yet so I don't know whether it's sufficient.

I think all they want to see is your German certificate, at least that is what your RFE sounds like. It would be pretty surprising if they weren't happy with the translation certificate issued by the civil registry. It doesn't get more official than that. :)

Hi everyone!!

Feeling both excitement and anxiety at the same time. I was finally able to check my case status on the USCIS website. My receipt # finally worked on there!!! There's the excitement part of it lol. Bad news is " On March 2, 2017, we mailed a request for initial evidence for your Form I-485 ". So there is the anxiety part, now I'm waiting to receive my RFE in the mail and figure out what it is that they need from me. We were thinking that it could be the 2016 taxes because we filed for taxes AFTER the AOS package was sent in. Hopefully it arrives soon so I can just get the information they need and mail it back asap.

I know alot of you have been waiting to be able to check your status. Try it now! Good luck!!

AOS

2/10/2017 -> AOS Package (I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131) mailed to Chicago Lockbox by USPS

2/21/2017 -> NOA1 received through text and email!

2/23/2017 -> Physical NOA1 received for all three

3/02/2017 -> RFE (initial evidence) received, needed to send 2016 tax return (filed after package was sent out)

3/10/2017 -> Biometrics letter received.

3/24/2017 -> Biometrics appointment scheduled.

4/29/2017 -> EAD/AP card received. =)

waiting game begins.....
