aw, im sorry i dont know anything about the k2 AOS. Did you at least put a note on the money order that payment was combined? And is it really a rejection notice and not an RFE?

 

How about make an infopass apointment to your local USCIS and talk to someone personally there and explain the situation. Its bettet to go than to just call.

I'm praying for the same. I received my text messages on the 23rd. Waiting on NOA1, however, I keep reading that there was an error on the USCIS when printing the NOA1 but if we make an appointment we can get the original NOA1 with dates, basically fixing it. So I prepped myself and made the appt in case my NOA1 comes all wrong as well. Earliest appointment was for march 14 ?

aww. what error? and how do we know if its the right NOA1? Why are they being like this.. its already stressing us all out with all the waiting...

Yes i had put a note that it is combined fee for k1 and k2. And also it is rejection not REF coz all our documents filed is sent back and says send it again with appropriate fee and all required documents. And since it is rejected i dont think going to local uscis makes any sense. Thanks

I'm curious as to why we only got I-797C for the I-130, 765,&131. How comes we didn't receive one for the I-485??? Did anyone else experience this? Please help I'm freaking out. Also we still can't see the case online and we did receive 4 receipt numbers via email and text but only got 3 letters in the mail

Hi everyone, to all the February filers, have you checked your status online? Does your receipt# work right after you get your NOA1? If it didn't, how long did you wait till you were able to check your status online?

I waited to check till I received my physical NOA1, but when I entered it into the "check your case status" it says that it is not recognized. I'm just a little bit anxious I guess =) 

AOS

2/10/2017 -> AOS Package (I-485, I-864, I-765, I-131) mailed to Chicago Lockbox by USPS

2/21/2017 -> NOA1 received through text and email! 

2/23/2017 -> Physical NOA1 received for all three

3/02/2017 -> RFE (initial evidence) received, needed to send 2016 tax return (filed after package was sent out)

3/10/2017 -> Biometrics letter received.

3/24/2017 -> Biometrics appointment scheduled. 

4/29/2017 -> EAD/AP card received. =)

waiting game begins.....

We sent our package on Feb 16, it arrived at their lockbox on Feb 18, and our check just got cashed! Now waiting for the NOA1!

05/06/19 - Received NOA1 and extension letter in the mail (dated as received on 04/30 and emitted on 05/03)

03/25/20 - Case ready to be scheduled for interview

03/15/21 - Infopass Appointmet to get I-551 stamp
