Did you get an RFE or RFIE?

Did you call USCIS and asked about a status update on your case? 132 days is definitely out if the normal processing time

It's still within the 90 days processing time of the RFIE so it's technically not outside normal processing times (that's at least what the IO said that was processing my service request). The receive date of the RFIE according to his/her timeline is 4/18 so she/he can expect the EAD card sometime before 7/17. That's what I've been told in the past two weeks how it works. Some people get lucky with their RFIEs and still get their EADs within 90 days and others have to constantly hear the answer that it's 90 days from the RFIE requested documents receive date 😑 I've read of people in the January AOS forum that had RFIEs and waited 150-160 days for the EAD

We didn't think we needed it. We don't have tickets booked, and we don't have a reason to go other than it being Christmas and he misses his family. I looked at the AP form and took it that it was for emergencies, not a vacation. We also didn't think it would take 10 months for a green card. That being said, once we hit September, we might look into getting AP for December if no green card has been produced. Do people use AP for vacations and is it sort of risky to get back in?

People do use AP for vacations but I've read people advising not to rely on it unless it's absolutely necessary as re-entry is not guaranteed. This is even written in the notice letter that comes with the combo card

That's just being overly paranoid. Even having a green card doesn't guarantee you re-entry.

Unless you're from a very high risk country or from one of the countries on the "bad boy list", there's nothing to worry about.

Hey everyone! Just to let people know that things are rolling along in California.

My PD is February 13, and I just got a email notification today on an interview scheduled for 7/19 (my previous status was "fingerprint fees received" since end of March). For those wondering, I have already received my EAD card at the end of April.

What is your expedite based on?

I have a job offer but was told by a IO that since my husband is my main sponsor and I don't have a co-sponsor I can not expedite based on financial loss or financial hardship (meaning I can't expedite at all). Super frustrating. Have to wait it out.

Also for everyone still waiting... I was told that they consider I-765 processing of 3-5 months still within current processing times 😳😱

That doesn't mean much. It always depends on your field office processing times. Jacksonville is currently processing I-485 from October 2016 so you likely won't hear from them for another 2-3 months.

Best of luck! I think the interview scheduling depends on your field office, hopefully everybody will get some kind of update soon!

I did do an address change recently (since we moved) around a week ago though, so I'm not sure if that brought my case back to their attention...
