@Vaug21 it greatly depends on your local office workload as well as the personnel assigned your application and rfe/rfie, it can come/be scheduled anytime but you will get a notice a month before the date. Good luck.

@j217 so sad to hear this. Please stay strong and hang in there. I pray you get a positive update before the end of next week. It could be frustrating and daunting. Good luck.

Hi. Thank you. I called up this morning again and this time I really demanded to speak to Tier 2 officer. At first, the rude customer service (Yes, another one) didn't want to transfer me and kept saying that I will hear the same thing. I told her it's ok I still want to speak to a Tier 2.  After 3 minutes, the Tier2 called back, he's very sympathetic, helpful, and very sorry that I am still waiting this long. He said he would expedite my application and should hear from them soon. I asked him if he sees any issues with my application -- he said no,  it looks fine. So, Im very grateful and happy that at least someone said a positive thing.  Sooooo I'll hang on! As of posting, no update on the status though.

Hi our priority date is 2/9 and we got RFIE

for I-693 because we made mistake for only one check box and they received 3/28. It already passed 60days and no response so I just called USCIS. They were supposed to get back to us within 60days so I have right to make request for it but he said it's been delayed so I have to wait more 60 days and work permit will come within 90 days after approved the evidence... Is it true? Do I have to wait almost a year to get EAD/AP?
