Just a quick question about the interview preparation: will they keep all the bona fide proofs? I know that we have to bring a copy of the marriage certificate and other important documents like that, but do we really have to make photocopies of everything else and give it to them (such as plane tickets, bank accounts,...) or is there also a possibility to show them our photos, emails, messages on the phone? I have several scrapbooks that I want to show as well; do I have to make photocopies of those or can I bring the originals and show them? Will they keep everything?

Sorry for the stupid question but I really can't find anything about this.

No, I do not think they keep the bona fide proofs like albums etc.  However, you must take an original AND a copy of the civil documents like birth certificates, marriage certificate and police certificate(s).  You do not need to make copies of the other things like cards, phone records etc.  I do not think they allow electronic media (phones, iPad, etc) so you will have to print out emails or whatsapp chats etc OR take screenshots, email to yourself and print.  I hope this helps.

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Hey you might wanna call. Someone said their CC was Feb 10 and they are scheduled for an interview in March. It doesn't hurt to call. Some people get an email and some don't so don't wait on those emails ( they are usually late anyway ) . I would suggest calling.

Call NVC. I saw someone post that they called NVC today and got an interview date. I called. I was on hold for 30 minutes but the representative told me our interview date is March 21. We have not received the case complete (February 7, 2017) email or the interview email.
