I am already approved my cc was dec 6 and I have my interview date set. This happens when they send your case to the us embassy. When my case completed I had 3 n/a and when I get my date set it changes back to AOS as paid and 2 n/a.

How do you check case tracking at DHL? What is the new way of doing it? any one know?

parthptl use this DHL web-link using the number of the packet = http://www.dhl.com/en/express/tracking.html.  Best of luck!

Then my only advice/recommendation would be to contact/call the DHL office where you designated that you wanted your visa sent to and check with them. Likewise, give them your mobile/cellphone number to either call or SMS text you upon receipt of your packet. Again, I am not certain whether this would be feasible in India as it is most likely each country where DHL operates handles their logistics differently.  It's worth a try...hope it will work for you.
