Have anyone received their interview letter via email yet? Interview was set on 2/3/17 and still no email. I called and was told it should have been sent.

Yes...when did you receive your interview date via phone?  My email came 2 days after NVC scheduled the interview.

I-130 (for parents of US Citizens):

8/19/2022: NOA (IOE0917XXXXXX); Texas Service Center

7/22/2023: Both (parents) petitions approved

7/27/2023: Both cases sent to NVC

8/8/2023: Received NVC welcome email for both parents

Yes I got it through phone on Thursday and still no email. I use Hotmail...could that be a server issue?

Did you confirm with NVC that they have the correct email address?  And check your spam box just in case.

They haven't sent anything. The rep told me he would inform his supervisor to draft an email for me. Same thing happened during my case completion. I didn't know it completed already and I still sent them a document they had requested, after saying they won't accept it. The case completed on 9/15/16 and I got a call from their supervisor informing me then sending a letter the next day.. I have been using the same email for months since I started this case. They have the correct email.

I'm the same. Still no email for interview. Called last Friday and was told appointment is 1st March. Can we go ahead and register online or should I wait until the confirmation email comes?

You can try to register online - you just need the case number.

I thought you did already. That's why I gave you the link to register your courier for your visa. I did already from my

mobile phone. Go ahead and register.

Ok I've acticated my account. Do I select;

1.I need to register an immigrant visa appointment

or

2.I have received a letter from the consular section with instructions to schedule and immigrant visa appointment

What did NVC tell you when you called?  If they gave you a date and time for your interview, hen you select number 1.

That's odd...not sure why you're not getting their emails.  Did you ever get any email from USCIS or NVC at any point in this process?
