Hello to all,

I don't know if anyone has been reading my posts, but as of yesterday our 60 days has past! We sent an inquiry on Nov 17, and got a respond on Nov 30, that an officer is currently reviewing our case and to wait 60 days for a respond! To this moment I have no answer nor does my lawyer! As I talk to my lawyer she stated that she will call them and see what's going on, well in the end all she can do was put in another f***** inquiry..(its what they told her, excuse my language). I can barely get a hold of my husband ever since he left to his hometown country (Oaxaca), there is barely any signal and we are lucky to even talk for 5minutes before it cuts off! (vive en un ranchito)! It's been like this since May sometimes it be a week and I don't hear from him which depresses me, but I got usto it! ( as long I know he is still alive I will be ok). So we cant call USCIS 3way and talk to tier 2 because it will just cut off after 5minutes! I don't know what else to do because they won't give me no information unless my husband is on the line. I am also not trying to pay more money to our lawyer just to have a conference call with them. (lawyers are expensive and I only work part time just to provide for my one year old!) Well February 25 will be a year for our waiver and 14 months since my husband left! Until then I will keep waiting any advice or prayers will help! Also I like to read updates on your journeys it gives me hope!

Hello, My husband also lives in Oaxaca and he has been out there 2 years now. We sent in his i601 waiver in June and it was received on June 24th. It is hard, I understand where you are coming from. I have two boys a 10 and 6 year old and it has been a real struggle. I am not sure where in Oaxaca your husband lives but mine also lives in a small pueblo called Santiago Jocotepec. I can't imagen not being able to talk to him if we get upset and don't talk for a day or so I feel so bad and cry so we make sure to talk everyday. I am sorry that you arent able to reach your hubby am sure he is okay. We have to keep strong, its been a long journey it is all worth it in the end. Keep praying, I will also pray for you and your family so that you guys could be re-united soon.
