Hi All

My husband was approved for a Cr1 on December 20, 2017, last status update was on January 5, 2017 showing ISSUED. Its been over 30 days and he still doesn't have his passport. Has anyone ever experience this? Also does this mean they are still doing some type of background check? I have sent numerous email and no response

Its not at the DHL office. He went to the embassy and they told him to go to the DHL office. He went there and they told him his passport is not there. Does this mean they are going another background check? Can they deny him a visa although he was approved for it?
