N400 Reject notice because payment amount in incorrect

Hi,

 

I got a rejection notice in the mail. They mailed me back my whole file because the check included was for $680 and not $725 (which is the new requirements since 12/23/2016). I am going to send everything back but do I need to mail new documents? I noticed that all documents that were sent back have notes and signature at the bottom of the pages. Should I resend the old N400 with their bottom notes or should I print a new one? 

 

Also my N400 has a date at the bottom left (9/29/16) and I downloaded a new one which has a new date (12/23/16). What do you think?

I would use most up to date documents downloaded honestly.

 

And if the original packet copies have notes and all on them, I might just make a new copy of the packet and send with correct amount.

 

Just kind of start completely fresh you know.

So should I send a brand new file with the new form to start fresh?

 

Or should I send the old file with the notes at the bottom?
