Tax return need advice

Hi,

My husband (U.S. citizen) and I (non resident alien with aos pending) filed jointly tax return form 1040A on turbotax. We know we need to sent thru mail to IRS with W-7 application to require ITIN. I can't work here right now, 'cause I'm waiting for EAD card hopefully in April. I never had a stable job with a contract in Italy ,my country, I always worked as babysitter, nanny and house cleaner for different families. I'm not subject to pay taxes in my country as it's not consider legal jobs and the income is very very low. I don't own any properties or cars as well. So my question (and big doubt) is should I fill another form to declare I have no income at all (and which form?) or should attach a declaration saying I don't have US income and no worldwide income?

Thanks

Do you have a social security number?

I believe your husband just lists you as unemployed.

Not yet. I filed an adjustment of status in December and if everything goes well I should get EAD card in some months, so I then can ask for a ssn. In the meantime I want apply for a ITIN with this tax return.
